Q: WHAT’S THE DEAL WITH THE HORSE TRAILER?
A: You mean Heidi the Hopbox? She’s our one-of-a-kind, hand-crafted mobile bar complete with four taps and a refrigerated section to keep kegs cold. All she needs is level ground and a plug and she can run anywhere!
Q: WHAT DOES YOUR PRICING INCLUDE?
A: Our packages are all custom, but include all your alcohol, plastic cups, napkins, bar set-up, clean-up, personalized menu signs, detailed communication regarding your event, and an in-person meeting to discuss alcohol selection and logistics. Packages begin at $10/person for 4 hours of beer + wine.
Q: DO WE GET TO CHOSE THE BEER?
A: Absolutely! We have hundreds of craft and domestic beers that you can choose from and will work with you on determining the perfect selection for your event.
Q: SOME OF OUR GUESTS ONLY DRINK BUD LIGHT, DO YOU HAVE THAT TOO?
A: Of course. We specialize in craft beer but definitely offer domestics as well.
Q: DO YOU CHARGE FOR TEENS/CHILDREN?
A: Nope! That would just be silly!
Q: CAN WE RENT JUST THE HORSE TRAILER?
A: Yes! The horse trailer can be booked for a bar, non-alcoholic events, photo shoots, corporate events, fundraisers, etc.
Q: WE WANT TO PROVIDE OUR OWN ALCOHOL, WILL YOU BARTEND?
A: No, sorry, we do all full service packages where we provide all the alcohol as well as bartenders and anything else needed for the bar.
Q: WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED AND WILL YOU COME TO MY EVENT?
A: Brewmasters Mobile is based in Wilson, North Carolina. We travel frequently around Eastern NC and to the Raleigh and Charlotte areas. If you are outside that region, just ask, we like to travel!
Q: OUR VENUE HAS A BAR, CAN YOU USE IT?
A: Definitely! We work with many venues that have their own bars and are happy to use their bars or bars you have rented.
Q: DO YOU HAVE INSURANCE?
A: Most definitely. We are fully licensed and insured.
Q: DO YOU HAVE A RAIN DATE POLICY?
A: Unfortunately due to having events booked over a year in advance, we can not accommodate rain dates. The host is responsible for tent cover in the event of inclement weather if renting the horse trailer. We have been known to serve during hurricanes though!
